
The Building Process Explained
You have't found your perfect home yet because none of them have been built to fit your unique needs! That's where our custom and spec homes come in.
We know you have questions, concerns, and may not know where to start. We value honesty and transparency, so we answer as many questions as we can before you even have to ask them.

1. Design

Introduce your home design plan. This should be a complete design proposal, crafted by you and your designer.

Site visit to survey your land/ lot to determine topography, zoning laws, building codes, HOA codes, etc.

Projected cost. This is a rough estimate to give you an idea of what to expect.

Detailed Specifications for your custom home. This includes windows, countertops, fixtures, flooring, paint, etc.

Cost Evaluation which is based on all previous steps as well as time, labor, and material costs.

Finalization

2. Construction

Contract signing, downpayment, and document submissions. This includes the builder contract, specifications, blueprints, and plan submissions to the HOA, government agencies, and bank.

Closing on the construction loan is done by the client at their bank. Approvals from the prior step are needed at this time as well.

Partnership will be an ongoing theme during the construction phase. You will be an active participant as you select the details in your home that set it apart.

Construction Begins! Your dream starts to become a reality. Your building team will check in with you frequently with updates on important milestones such as the foundation, drywall, fixtures, and code compliance inspections.

Final Walk-Through after the construction is complete. This gives you an opportunity to address any final touch-ups and answer any last questions.

Mortgage Loan Closing pays of the construction loan and signs the permanent mortgage loan.

3. Move In

Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal. In the unlikely event of any issues, we will fix them immediately.

1-Year Workmanship Warranty covers builder installed appliances and fixtures and their performance, as well as work completed by subcontractors to include plumber, electrician, and HVAC.
